The 5th International Case Report Congress will take place from 9–11 April 2027 at Holiday Inn Skopje, Skopje, North Macedonia.

Yes. ICRC 2027 is registered with the Macedonian Medical Chamber and is accredited for Continuing Medical Education (CME) in accordance with the Chamber’s applicable rules and criteria. The number and distribution of CME points will be determined according to the official accreditation decision.

ICRC 2027 is open to medical students, residents and trainees, medical doctors, specialists, researchers, academics and other healthcare professionals with an interest in clinical case reports.

A Presenter intends to present an accepted case report during the scientific programme. A Participant attends the Congress without presenting an abstract.

No. Presenter registration and abstract submission are separate. You may register as a Presenter before submitting your abstract, provided that your abstract is submitted before the official deadline.

The abstract submission deadline is 1 March 2027. Presenter registration also closes on the same date.

Abstracts may contain a maximum of 300 words and must be submitted in English.

You may indicate a preference for oral presentation, poster presentation or no preference during abstract submission. The ICRC 2027 Scientific Committee determines the final presentation format of each accepted abstract.

If an abstract submitted by a registered Presenter is not accepted, the registration remains valid as a Participant registration. Abstract rejection alone does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Each presenting author may submit one abstract as presenting author. There is no limitation on participation as a co-author on additional abstracts.

Final PowerPoint presentations and posters should be submitted by 30 March 2027. Detailed technical and upload instructions will be communicated to accepted presenters.

Abstracts, oral presentations, posters and the scientific programme are conducted in English.

Certificates will be issued according to the participant’s role and verified Congress participation. Presenter and participation details must therefore be entered accurately during registration and abstract submission.

Promotional codes may be issued by the ICRC 2027 Organizing Committee to selected participants, invited guests or partners. Eligibility and applicable conditions depend on the specific code issued.
