Registration validity
Registration is considered valid after all required information has been submitted and, where applicable, the corresponding registration fee has been paid.
Presenter registration
Registration as a Presenter does not guarantee abstract acceptance. All submitted abstracts are subject to evaluation by the ICRC 2027 Scientific Committee.
If an abstract is not accepted
Presenter registration fees are not refundable solely because an abstract is not accepted. In such cases, the existing registration will automatically remain valid as Participant registration, with full access to the Congress programme and activities.
Submit your case later
Presenters are not required to submit their abstract at the time of registration. Abstract submission may be completed separately through the official ICRC 2027 Abstract Submission Portal until 1 March 2027.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to mld.icrc@gmail.com. Cancellations received on or before 1 February 2027 are eligible for a 70% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received from 2 February through 1 March 2027 are eligible for a 50% refund.
After 1 March
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 1 March 2027. Any applicable banking or transaction costs related to a refund may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Regular period only
Promotional codes are valid only during the Regular Registration Period. Promo codes cannot be applied to Early Bird or Late Registration rates and cannot be combined with another discount.
Congress arrangements
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make necessary changes to the programme, schedule, format or organizational arrangements. If the Congress is cancelled by the Organizer, applicable registration fees will be refunded. Travel, accommodation and other personal expenses remain the responsibility of the participant.
