- Registration
- First, you must register at this link.
- After registration, you will receive an email confirming successful registration along with payment methods.
- The email will be sent within 72 hours after your registration.
- Payment must be made within 10 days of receiving the email.
- If you are an active participant (presenter), you will receive an additional form to upload your abstract.
- The email with the form will be sent within 72 hours after your registration.
- You can upload your abstract until 20th of January.
- Session Preference
- In the registration form, participants must choose between a poster or oral session for their presentation.
- The scientific committee will make the final decision on session allocation.
- This decision will be announced one week after the abstract submission deadline (20th of January).
- Presentation Rules
- Oral Presentations:
- Presentations will be 7 minutes long, followed by 3 minutes for discussion.
- Presenters exceeding the time limit will have their microphone turned off.
- Poster Presentations:
- Each poster will have 2 minutes for discussion.
- Oral Presentations:
- Language
- All presentations, including oral and poster presentations, must be in English.
- PowerPoint slides, posters, and any other materials must also be in English.
- Submission Deadlines
- All posters and PowerPoint presentations must be submitted by 2nd of April.
Abstract Guidelines for Medical Case Reports
- Title
- Choose a concise and descriptive title that reflects the essence of the case.
- The title should be not written in all capital letters.
- Authors
- Include the names and affiliations of all contributing authors.
- The first author’s full name should be in all capital letters.
- Coauthors’ and mentors’ names should be written with only the first letter capitalized.
- Verify names, surnames, and affiliations for accuracy, as this information will be used for certificate creation.
- Case Presentation
- Provide a succinct overview of the patient’s history, clinical findings, and relevant diagnostic results.
- Describe the treatment approach taken and the patient’s response.
- Include any follow-up information and outcomes.
- Keywords
- Include at least three keywords that highlight the main aspects of the case.
- Formatting
- Abstracts must not exceed 300 words, excluding the title, authors, and affiliations.
- No tables, charts, or pictures are allowed in the abstract.
- Language
- All abstracts must be written in English.
- Submission Rules
- Once submitted, abstracts cannot be modified.
- Abstracts not meeting the specified criteria will not be accepted.
- After registering as an active participant, authors will receive a new form to upload their abstracts.

For Oral Presentations (7-Minute PowerPoint Presentation)
- Slide 1: Title Slide
- Include the title of the case report, authors, and affiliations.
- Slide 2: Introduction
- Briefly introduce the patient and the purpose of the case report.
- Slides 3-4: Case Presentation
- Provide concise information on the patient’s history, clinical findings, and diagnostic results.
- Slide 5: Diagnosis
- Clearly state the diagnosis and any differential diagnoses.
- Slides 6-7: Treatment and Outcome
- Highlight the treatment approach, patient response, and outcomes.
- Slide 8: Discussion
- Discuss the unique or educational aspects of the case.
- Relate the case to relevant literature.
- Slide 9: Conclusion
- Summarize key findings and the significance of the case.
- Slide 10: Q&A
- Open the floor for questions from the audience.
For Poster Presentations
- Posters must follow the congress’s language and submission rules (English only).
- Discussions for each poster will last 2 minutes.
- A template for poster presentations will be provided and must be used by all participants.
