Abstract Submission Guidelines

International Case Report Congress ยท Skopje ยท Holiday Inn ยท 3โ€“7 April 2026

We are pleased to invite you to submit your abstract for the upcoming International Case Report Congress (ICRC). This congress offers a unique platform for medical professionals to present challenging and inspiring clinical cases, share expertise, and engage in meaningful scientific exchange with colleagues from around the world.

Title & Authors
  • Choose a concise and descriptive title that reflects the essence of the case.
  • Include full names and institutional affiliations of all authors.
  • First (presenting) author: full name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
  • Co-authors & mentors: only the first letter of each name capitalized.
  • Check spelling of names, surnames, and affiliations carefully โ€“ this data will be used for certificates.

Case Presentation
  • Provide a brief summary of the patient's history and relevant background.
  • Describe clinical findings and key diagnostic results.
  • Outline the treatment approach and clinical reasoning.
  • Include follow-up information and final outcome, if available.

Keywords & Formatting
  • Include at least three keywords that best represent the case.
  • Maximum 300 words, excluding title, authors, and affiliations.
  • No tables, images, charts, or figures are permitted in the abstract.
  • All abstracts must be written in English.

Submission Rules
  • Case reports may have one author and multiple co-authors.
  • Every author may submit only one abstract as first author, but can be a co-author on an unlimited number of abstracts.
  • The author presenting at the congress will be recognized as the Presenter.
  • Once submitted, abstracts cannot be modified.
  • Abstracts not fulfilling these guidelines will not be accepted.
  • After registering as an active participant, authors will receive a separate form to upload their abstracts.
