After registration, you will receive an email confirming successful registration along with payment methods.

• Payment must be made within 10 days of receiving the email.

If you are an active participant (presenter), you will receive an additional form to upload your abstract.

• The email with the form will be sent within 72 hours after your registration.
• You can upload your abstract until 20th of January.

Registration will be open until 4th of April.
